Round 10
It was one of our biggest beatings in recent history and there is no getting way from that fact. We were outplayed by an opponent that wanted it more than we did. The way in which we loss was unacceptable to everyone at the Club, the only good thing about today, was that it was Monday and we have only five days until we can try to atone for that loss when we play Westies.
Sturt are a well drilled side that really ran for each other, we did not match them at any stage, what today's result did show us is how much work we have in front of us if we want to match it with the top sides. Even though we may have been struck down with injuries prior to the match again, that was no excuse for the performance we put in.
The Club as a whole expects better, and even though it hurts right now, the only way that hurt can be rectified is by us as a Club responding this Saturday the only way we know how and that is Winning!
