NOTICE TO MEMBERS
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Members of the North Adelaide Football Club Inc. and The Roosters Club Inc. will be held in the Function Room, Menzies Crescent, Prospect on Tuesday 14th February 2012 at 7.00pm.
Nominations for the under mentioned positions are invited from members and will close with the Returning Officer at 5.00pm on Monday 9th January 2012 at the NAFC Administration Office.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with the Constitution, nominations are invited for the Board of Directors. Three (3) Directors are required for a two (2) year term (2012–2013). Retiring members:- Mr Robert Fox, Mr Wayne Jeffries & Mr Malcolm Nairn offer themselves for re-election.
Nominations must be on the official form obtainable from the NAFC Administration Office, Menzies Crescent, Prospect or download below. Nominees must provide up to a 250 word profile in support of their nomination for distribution to the members.
If required, voting for the above positions will be conducted prior to the AGM from 5.30pm to 7.15pm or members may apply for a postal vote. Members requiring a postal vote may obtain an application form from the Club Administration Office during normal office hours or by calling 8344 8733. Postal voting closes with The Returning Officer on Monday 13th February 2012 at 5.00pm.
