North Adelaide Football Club Beer Agreement

North Adelaide Football Club would like to advise members that we cannot proceed with the
Coopers Brewery Sponsorship for 2010. The reasons are as follows:

• The SANFL and its Clubs were party to an agreement with Lion Nathan which expired on
  October 31 2009. North Adelaide Football Club accepts that the SANFL and Lion Nathan agreed to a 12 month extension to the original Beer Agreement Sponsorship ending 31st October 2010.
• At all times Coopers Brewery and Lion Nathan have acted in good faith.
  

The Club will make no further comment on this matter.
